Fighting on top of buildings usually offers advantages to whoever has the high ground, whereas most of the loot and Resonant Blood are on the ground. Players can scale rooftops or use ground cover with alleyways, cars, and buildings. There’s tons of verticality to Bloodhunt. Take advantage of your niche and use those abilities every chance you get. If you’re in combat, there’s too much room for error not to use your combat ability. If you know you’re traveling to the next point on the map, don’t be afraid to use your movement abilities to get there quicker. Don’t be afraid to use your abilitiesĬooldowns are quick in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt and can get further reduced with every upgrade you suck down. Rat wins in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt are exceptionally difficult. As long as you keep taking out enemy players and Entity soldiers, you can keep getting additional upgrades from civilians, becoming stronger as the match goes on. ![]() What all of this means is that Bloodhunt rewards aggression. The process is the same: you have to fight and down Entity enemies to get the opportunity to feed on them. Only Diablerize enemies if you know you’re safe from enemy fire and have the time.įeeding on Entity enemies : Feeding on Entity enemies are similar to Diablerizing other players. Be careful, this action takes time and leaves you exposed to other enemies. When you down another player, you can take the time to Diablerize them, which will instantly heal you to full, reset your ability cooldowns, and grant you one more Blood Resonance slot. There are two ways to up the Blood Resonance cap.ĭiablerizing : This is a fancy term for pulling off a finisher move. Each Bloodhunt player starts the match with three Blood Resonance slots, and feeding on civilians while capped won’t award any additional upgrades. The more upgrades you have, the stronger you are. ![]() Get more Blood Resonance to be the strongest vampire These heavily armored soldiers will shoot on sight and drop high tier weapons and loot, and can also be fed on. Outside of the civilians standing around, there are PvE enemies in Bloodhunt called The Entity. Players are capped at three Blood Resonance upgrades at the start, though that limit can be raised – read on. If you’re lucky, a civilian may even feed you an extra life in the game modes that feature respawning. Civilians scattered across the Bloodhunt map of Prague have qualities in their blood that give bonuses to your abilities, health regeneration, and melee damage. Feeding is a key game mechanic for upgrading your character in every match.
